1. Introduction Welcome to Central Florida Gutter Professionals. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including but not limited to, professional gutter cleaning and maintenance. By requesting and accepting our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
2. Services Central Florida Gutter Professionals provides professional gutter and downspout cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. Our services are performed in a professional, timely, and safe manner. We will remove debris (including leaves, twigs, and other blockages) from your gutters and downspouts and ensure they are flowing freely. All removed debris will be bagged and properly disposed of unless otherwise specified.
3. Client Responsibilities As a client, you agree to:
Provide Access: Ensure our crew has safe and clear access to your gutters and downspouts on the scheduled service date. This includes moving any obstacles such as vehicles, patio furniture, or other items that may obstruct access.
Property Information: Inform us of any special conditions on your property (e.g., weak roof sections, pre-existing damage, or special landscaping) that may affect the service.
Timely Payment: Pay for services rendered in a timely manner according to the terms of your invoice.
4. Pricing and Payment
Estimates: All quotes and estimates provided are based on the information available and are not a final price until the job is completed. Any unforeseen issues that require additional work will be communicated to you before we proceed.
Payment Due: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various forms of payment, which will be detailed on your invoice.
Late Fees: Invoices not paid within 30 days may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month or a flat rate of $25, whichever is greater.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Client Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please notify us at least 24-48 hours in advance. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Company Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, severe weather conditions, crew availability, or safety concerns. We will notify you as soon as possible to arrange a new service date.
6. Damage and Liability
Property Damage: While we take every precaution to prevent damage, we are not liable for pre-existing damage to your property (e.g., loose gutters, rotten fascia boards, or broken tiles) that may be exacerbated during the cleaning process.
Disclaimer of Warranties: Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that your gutters will remain free of debris for any specific period after the service is completed.
Limitation of Liability: Our liability to you for any damages arising from our services is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Central Florida.
8. Privacy Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information you provide will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Modifications to Terms We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
